Spent little more then I planned to on 20 wings 1 large Supreme Pizza and 2 fountain drinks, wasn't pleased with the wings
AMAZING SERVICE!!! I bought 2 large pepperoni pizzas on half pepperoni and half Jalapeño. They said it y be a ten minute wait... and I called in and I was about 12 minutes away and when I got there my order was ready and it was fresh 100/10 pizza great andemployees are soo nice everytime 100% coming back for this great service.Love this location. Had pizza delivered one pizza was so nasty. It tested like someone had poured bleach on top. Burned our mouths and was a ... Dessert pizza Bavarian. When I talk to the store and let them know about it they never offered to replace it or refund themoney. They were very un concerned that they could be making people sick. If you Value your health do not eat at thisrestaurant!!!! Also pizza was left on porch for cats to get into at their leisure and they didn't even knock on the door. Andwas 30 minutes late. Read more
You can put an order in ahead of time, and go pick it up 15min later, and still have to wait 20 min after they say to be there.... BUT their pizza is pretty good. Read more
I called in my order to the local take out only location on SW 29th St. The man told me my order would be ready in 6 minutes. It... took me approx 12 minutes to get there and after waiting at least another 10 min thru the long line of cars at the drive upwindow, the girl told me my order was not ready yet. There was only 3 employees, two girls and a man... The man was standing bythe counter playing with his cell phone. He didn't seem to care if anyone got their pizza or not. I like Cici's Alfredo pizza.I'll drive across town to get it. It's a good product at a fair price but I can't wait for an hour for the employees to getready to make my pizza. It's good but not that good!! I'll probably switch to Dominos in the future. :( Read more

Normally I wouldn?t even trip about a hair in food, it happens. It?s not usually intentional, it?s gross but I mean it?s just... hair. But I ordered two pizzas 07/10/21 a medium supreme with extra mushroom and a medium zesty pepperoni. Once we got thepizzas home I found a hair in one of the slices of the supreme. The hair was imbedded and baked into the cheese. Not justsitting on top, and much darker than my own hair or my husbands short hair. So we called the restaurant to let them know, andwe?re asked to bring the pizza back to the store. Sure, no problem. Only two slices had been eaten and the third that hadstarted to be eaten but had the hair in it.. Once we got to the store my husband spoke to the woman who was managing, she toldhim that she was the one who made the pizzas and that it couldn?t have been her hair. No offer of a refund or coupon oranything. Why even ask us to bring the pizza back to the store to begin with if you weren?t going to do anything about it? Justtell me I?m SOL on the phone if that?s the case. So I called the store again from the parking lot and spoke to Terry who Iexplained the situation to once again and was issued a refund begrudgingly for the supreme pizza by the same woman whopreviously said there was nothing she could do. 0/10 for customer service and pizza experience. Would not recommend to a friend,lol. I definitely wouldn?t have even left a review had they just handled it better from the jump. Read more
The employee was nice but, it took almost 30 minutes to get a pizza, when we did it was cold. The cinnamon rolls we ordered... weren't even cooked all the way through. Read more
