The store is close to our church. We go once a month to get chicken for a fellowship meal. It's always fresh and hot. We get... both original and spicy. We tried chicken from both grocery stores and fast food chicken restaurants. Our members said they likeChurch's chicken best. The main reason is that it reheated the next day better than the other stores. I go other times and havegotten different items. Like the chicken fried steak meal, the roasted half chicken meals and other special made items. I alwayshave received good food from here. It's a little out of the way for me but I like this store the best of Church's restaurants. Read more
So I came in, and the gentleman was making huge drinks for guests that arrived before me, he asked me to wait a moment and I was... fine with that because I need to look at the menu. I got the 12 piece, Texas tenders with two sides of mashed potatoes, gravyon the side, and then I asked that he making fresh? I looked up in the ben for tenders that were already made, and they werenone. He told me they always make them fresh. It looks like that?s true judging by the empty Tinder tray, and the person in theback steadily, working on breading fresh chicken. After tax at $23.89, 9 minutes later, after waiting in the lobby, my very hotfresh food was ready! This is the best experience I?ve had a churches ever. Read more
Always ask for my chicken sandwich to have no sauce, however I'm yet to receive a sandwich with less than half bottle of mayo...... It's pretty upsetting. Also I choose to not say anything at the time because I've already spent at least 15 minutes insidestanding and waiting for my sandwich. God forbid I be the one to tack on more time I have to be standing there so I choose tosoak up as much Mayo with the two already grease soaked napkins in the bag! God I wish they had some different restaurants inthis area! Read more

I would not recommend eating here! The chicken was dried up, dark and super greasy. When I asked to have fresh chicken made, the... manager said she would not re-cook it because it would come out the same way. I told her I have eaten church's chicken for yearsand it doesn't come out that way. She replied, in her 2 years of employment there, it always has. I got a refund and wentsomewhere else. Neat place, busy most of the time . Expect a wait but they are accurate on orders and food is usually fresh and hot.
