2 stars is only for the amazing cashier up front jada she's super sweet and helpful and always had a smile on her face plus... there ice <: Other then that tenders were dry we came in at 1245pm and sat in the dining area , coleslaw taste like someonesquirted nothing but mayo and water in it . Top notch Sweet tea that actually have tea aroma???? happyhour till 4pm that?s inflation friendly is unheard of. $4.99 leg+2thighs with biscuit is a blessing for manyfamilies???? During Covid season, we got to experience pleasant service at the drive thru and even more friendly, attentiveemployees at the dine-in. Bravo to the management at this location for creating a welcoming environment andteam???????????? 5stars for things that matter???? We frequent this location dine in after middle school let out. Dinner rushat the drive-thru could be different for others but it?s always swift if it?s only 4 cars ahead plus having take out chicken fordinner bails me out of having to scramble for a quick family meal prep and chicken express have yet to disappoint. Yes, I?mwilling to tolerate for the occasional missed order but a phone call away and they promise to make it up next time. Please bereasonable people?Food quality is fresh and decent. Overall disappointed in my experience. I got a 4 piece dinner with fries, okra, and a biscuit. I also got a drink. Overall the... quality of the food was decent - everything was fresh, especially the tenders. Super moist. But I am disappointed because thebiscuit was not included in my meal and I only received 3 tenders. Also, while minimal, the okra was borderline too salty. Iwould go again, but hopefully you can do a bit of quality control with the portions -- especially if I am going pay $13 for ameal. Read more
Chicken Express was great! I had no idea of the variety of their menu- fish, fried chicken, and chicken fingers plus rolls,... biscuits and lots of sides. It was really good and the staff was helpful and friendly. We will be back! Read more
Walked in and was greeted by a very friendly staff member, she also suggested some other items and was very polite. I was very... surprised by the team here, everyone was welcoming and they were enjoying working with each other. The food was cookedextremely Fresh and even after driving 15 minutes, it was steaming. Wow. This is my second time visiting this Chicken Express. I ordered the 8 piece boneless hot wings on both visits. Both times... the wings were hot and very Fresh. The biscuit was super Soft, fresh and buttery. The mashed potatoes are homemade and tastegreat with their country gravy. Everything was very fresh and large portions. They make sure to give you more than 8 wings incase any are small. I got around 12-14 wings both visits. Plus the service is great and the store is kept very clean. 10/10! Thank you! Great price too! This the first time my husband and I have eaten at Chicken Express and it was wonderful! Jared was great, giving us the royal... treatment to make a good impression for our first experience.
