We come here every so often and are happy every time we leave. Last time we came we ordered a number 5 with a peach milkshake... and a number 1 with a coke. The customer service was amazing as always, the food was hot and fresh, and we were in and out ofthe line in minutes before closing. I recommend this restaurant. Read more
Long story short, I?m from Houston visiting family, we ordered a gallon cloudberry, as the associate passed us the gallon, we... could tell it was made incorrectly, but I?m not one to complain. We took the gallon home, and tried it, it wasn?t horrible, butit was really sweet. I received a phone call 4 hours after I placed the order, and the manager was calling to say the associatereportedly to him, they didn?t make the gallon correctly. David (the manager) offered to replace the gallon, with a 6 pack ofcookies. You guys!!! You do not find good customer service like this anymore!!! The friendliness and service Can't be beat! Every time we come to this location, Gary makes our day with his sweet demeanor. The... wait for food, however is usually longer than most chic-fil-a locations and the fries are often overcooked or served cold. Thislocation is not quite up to usual expectations of chic fil a, but still good food and great service. Side note, we were amusedby the electronic trash can. Read more
