It's gotten too expensive here, the owner is using inflation as an excuse but it isn't an excuse.

Charley's is always great food....takes forever tho...and it's in the mall so it's a bit and miss on atmosphere ....

this place has some of the rudest most obnoxious people working in the regional food service industry. first of all the guys... that offer samples will repeatedly ask if you want a sample even twice in 10 minutes to a guy waiting to pick up an order. nextthe older hispanic woman doesnt know how to communicate and will yell out order numbers while being asked questions to whileignoring or seemingly unable to answer your questions. the older vietnamese woman will throw napkins in the bag like she has aproblem with your order a few pieces at a time. and will ask if you got your drink from the front as if they are just too lazyto get a drink for you as they should like any other food service place out there. if you ask them if they put everythinginside the bag this vietnamese womans response will be ?you go look in the bag? its incredible how they constantly hire therudest people and the management simply keeps them employed as if they are struggling with filling positions. its ridiculoushow toxic this place is due to the rude and obnoxious workers. i will avoid this place like the plague. I usually love this place but today I'm very disappointed. My sandwich was not made to order, there was hardly any meat on the... sandwich, no peppers, only 1 slice of tomato and minimal onions. I ordered to go and that was a mistake because I didn't look atmy sandwich until I got home. Over priced food at its finest. I wont visit this location ever again. Read more

A great team works here. I ordered delivery through Door Dash which went south and I was very frustrated.
