The food is great but the way they run their service line could be improved upon, especially during the lunch rush. We stood in... line for 45 min watching the only guy on the service line refill tubs for the kitchen, prepare online orders, try to wait oncustomers in line, and disappear in the back for more food. Food is great, but staff had an off night tonight. I?m not trying to be difficult and am not faulting staff (as they are likely... overworked and underpaid). That being said, I initially was given a TINY serving of rice. When I asked if I could get a bitmore, I was told it would be an extra charge. Worker made it seem like the rice she was giving me was coming directly out of herpaycheck. I go to check out, and the cashier just left in the middle of our transaction without saying a word. Worker nevercame back and I never got a receipt. Again, food was great and neither of these issues are a big deal, but I?d stick with theNichols Hills location if I was you. This was my first visit and I thought the food was very good and the place was clean. I got the pita w harissa chicken and chips... and drink. Delicious food! Not sure why someone said these were small portions for $14. A bowl with tax came to $11 and was filled up to... the top. Also come on man, deducting a star bc they dont have something like salmon? Most Mediterranean places dont have salmon lol. Listen, if you want good fast Mediterranean food, this is the place on the north side. Also was quite inpressed they werechecking the food temperatures and swapping things out if needed. Read more

Constantly busy at this location, pickup orders have always been backed up here. Between this location and the one in Nichols... Hills I prefer Nichols because of the friendlier staff, faster service, and more open patio space without too much traffic.Still great Mediterranean bowls ???? ???? Read more

Visit this place for the first time yesterday and OMG I loved it! CUSTOMER SERVICE: Phenomenal! This guy named Ty walked me... through each step and was very informative, nice, and patient! FOOD: Yummy! Everything tasted great. I don?t like hummus.. butI wanted to give it another try and I absolutely love their roasted red pepper hummus! Also it?s so many layers of flavor withthe options they have. Recommendation: The rice with the protein beans was very satisfying . The spicy chicken had jam packedflavor. If you?re not sure if flavors blend well, they allow you to order all sauces, topping, and dips on the side. Overall:The food is amazing. This place was a step outside my box!
