Had a fantastic lunch here. The service was exceptional! The feeling walking in this place just brings you to better times.... Lovely vintage old world feel. I had the Presidential T-bone and it was quite phenomenal. I got it without the Au Jus sauce thatnormally comes with it and it was great. I'm just not a sauce on my steak kind of person. My friend with me who is the same tholoved the Au Jus sauce. The mushrooms on the side were outstanding, would definitely get those again. Great dining experience Ican't wait to revisit. Read more

Celebrated a birthday lunch at Cattlemen?s today. The service was outstanding! The steaks were extremely tender. One steak in... our party was too tender, consistency of pâté. Everyone agreed that the steaks were entirely too salty as well. The saladdressing was quite tasty but our salads were swimming in it. Thankfully, the great service compensated for the disappointingsteaks. Five stars for service, two stars for our meals. :-/ Read more

This place is evidently an Oklahoma City icon and is probably coasting on reputation because it has been around for so long. It... was definitely a good solid steak. It had good flavor, it was tender, no complaints there. In general, it was the inattention todetail that was inexcusable. First of all, our server was extremely hurried which made us feel rushed. Given how simple the menuis, there should be no reason for these fumbles. One of the steaks had to go back because it was overcooked. Instead of comingout with fresh fries, it came out with a baked potato. Mushrooms were ordered but never received. Little things like that.Again, the steak was good but this was probably a one-and-done experience for us. Read more

You are going back in time dining here and it's a terrific experience. The waiting area is a little different, you go through... the restaurant up some stairs and it is a legit lounge. Great bartender, friendly and fun spirited and makes a mean drink (in agood way). My husband and son both had the t-bone. The mac n cheese was buttery, creamy and rich flavored. I had the chickenfried steak well battered with a little extra gravy. I really like that the chicken fries steak is laid on a bed of gravy. Thepie looked outstanding but we were so full from everything else we had to pass. So dessert was finishing my bloody mary madewith bourbon ????. Terrific experience worth the stop Read more

This was a must eat here while on vacation. We had a late lunch and so good to see all the families. We had the lamb fries,yum,... the luncheon steak, salad, wonderful dinner rolls and baked potato. The house margaritas are very good. The service excellent. We had to take the coconut cream pie to go. It was wonderful. Back to MN happy we could experience Cattlemens. Read more

Loved that there are smaller size options on the menu as we are not big eaters, in addition to visiting from out of town so did... not have the opportunity to bring leftovers home. Food & service were exceptional. No reservations or call ahead seating offered- it's first come first served so it is usually at least an hour's wait but we have experienced why...... definitely worth it! Read more

Enjoyed a big Oklahoman meal here. The salad was topped with a house sauce that had every bit the creaminess and fattiness of... ranch but without the distinct flavor. It went surprisingly well as a spread with the crunchy bread. The lamb fries are actuallyfried lamb testicles. They have no taste and have the texture of very tender chicken. I would liken the dish to thinly sliced, actually tender, chicken tenders. It?s served like fried oysters, paired with lemon and cocktail sauce. The main dish of theevening was a dry aged T bone steak. It wasn?t too fatty and flavored simply with salt and pepper. The accompanying baked potatowas a good side. The cream pie was laced with coconut shavings throughout. It was good. Service is exceptionally welcoming andconsiderate. Read more
