Talk about epitome of unprofessionalism. I guess one couldn?t expect much ?professionalism? from minimum wage workers in... general. What I wouldn?t expect is a thug like attitude from one of your employees when I asked for a bag for my drinks and wastold they were out of bags. When I asked a second time if there were any paper bags the employee proceeded to bring out??. BAGS!After mentioning the fact, slightly perturbed at this point, the employee proceeded to throw the items down in an aggressivemanner and started taking his shirt off like he was about to start a physical altercation. The manager of the store was standingidly by this whole time until their employee walked away and proceeded to verbally assault me with what she claims was ?noknowledge? of what just went on even though she was less than 12 feet away from the spot where this incident took place. Niceform Casey?s. She advised me not to come back. Lol. Guess you have to justify some sort of high horse. Don?t worry. I will neveruse a Casey?s again in my life! Trying to call in a pizza order for about an hour n no answer went to the location to order I pull in parking lot one clerk out... side smoking and talking to friends no big deal go inside and the cashier clerk doing scratch off tickets n no greetings so Icall the number again and the phone just rings and rings so I go to kitchen area to order a pizza and stood and waited for like8 min some finally came in and the looked at the phone as it?s ringing again and just puts it back down I said that?s me callingbeen trying to call and place an order she said oh sorry I placed my order and the pizza was fine but someone?s boss should havea lil chat with the employees and let them know or teach them how much more important the customers are rather than smoking withfriends, doing scratch offs and attitude issues it won?t stop me from coming to Casey?s for good pizza just have to find anotherstore that is close thank u for ur time , a valued customer Read more
Ordered 2 Large Pizzas online with 2 - 2 liters to be delivered. Order was delivered pretty quickly , so quick in fact they... forgot or driver forgot to get or receive the 2 liters. Called the store and they promptly sent a person from the store todeliver the 2 liters . which was nice of them to fix it. I' m not subtracting stars for the delivery mishap , this stuff happens, not a big deal to me. The stars are for the Pizza quality. This is the second time I've actually ordered from here , bothtimes quality was the same , really greasy if your in to that, its also packed with cheese which isn't really bad either ,toppings mediocre, something taste a little bit off with it, compared to other pizzas, that's why the loss of 2 stars Read more
I ordered a taco pizza and there wasn?t even a handful of lettuce. Hardly ANY toppings I call up there to figure out why and... whoever answered first HUNG UP ON ME. And the second lady REFUSED to give me a manager or district manager phone number. I wasfine with things until I was hung up on. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL VERY RUDE. I stop in here often for fuel for both my truck and car, so I get diesel and gas and the pumps are always working. I have had it... not give a receipt a time or two, but more often than not it gives a receipt. It is always well lit and I have never felt unsafeat the pumps. I usually don't go inside, so can't speak for that, but the pumps are good and so far, I have never had a problemwith the quality of fuel. The prices are better than most around, so will continue getting fuel here! Read more
