Went through the drive-through for a quick snack after a long trying afternoon (we'd missed lunch). Ordered the 3-piece chicken... strip combo, which comes with a drink, which was $6.78, but when we added an additional large Diet Coke, it went up to $12.59. I thought initially that they'd gotten it as an additional combo, but no . . . And all they gave us at the drive through windowwas a debit card receipt (from the debit card reader), and not a register receipt (which would have showed what we werecharged). We didn't dispute it, because we were running late to pick up kids from school and it was raining, but we definitelyfeel that we were taken advantage of and potentially cheated. Read more
Why does the restaurant have all of their lights and signs on with the menu board still on, yet they have no one there. Mind u... they arent schedule to close until 11pm and it's 8:42pm 10/01/2022. Waited 10mins for someone to answer in the drive thru, untili drove around and saw that everyone is GONE! ?????????????????????? smdh Read more
Love their breakfast! Found out it goes till 11 on Sundays. Super nice crew, biscuits are always fresh.
I've spent a lot of times disappointed with Carl's Jr as a whole. I can't quite put my finger on it. This location may be slowly... changing my mind of this creeping opinion. This is the only Carl's Jr is would trust to really give you that classic CJ tasteand experience. Great job to the excellent staff. Read more
At 6:30 the dinner room was closed. I like fresh food the drive thru doesn't offer that. Won't be back and I can't recommend... your company. Read more
Super sketchy part of town. Chicken tenders crispy and golden brown. Food was warm and tasted fresh. Not much of a crowd, so in... and out in a jiffy. Not a bad place to grab a bite to eat if you're in the area. Read more
The food is always really good! So let's say that first and foremost. Also the place was really clean! Although kitchen... lighting did not seem to be all working. They were way way way under staffed...2 people working the Saturday lunch shift. Thatis just sad scheduling (as the woman behind the counter pointed out) it was backed up and stayed backed up. I was the onlyperson standing in line and was waiting for over 10 min to order. That is crazy. The woman working behind the counter was notparticularly kind and did not lead to a good customer service interaction. However to her credit it sounded like she had notgotten much sleep at all due to her work schedule and she was in an impossible seeming situation because they were the only 2people to be scheduled for the lunch rush and the previous shift had not cleaned up well before change over. I asked her whythey were so backed up, hence why I know this. The bright side is that waiting so long let to the perfect burger tasting evenbetter. I probably wont be going back for a while though.
