I'm not sure whether to be annoyed or to have sympathy for this store. There is just know customer service training whatsoever.... The workers seem like they just hate being there. From working in food service, I almost wonder if this is the owners ordistrict managers fault for this or on a manager level problem. Read more

Extremely poor management long story short got the bk app on my phone tried using one of the drive thru codes manager kept... telling me codes expired so i refreshed the app and got another new code only to have the manager tell me again that that codewas expired to so ended up leaving with no BK .. FIRST Impression VERY POOR .. Manager should have been more helpful likehooking me up with the deal i had the code for anyway instead of no help at all just nope nope nope Read more

Not very good. I've continued to give them a chance and they missed the mark every time. Last time I went all the food was cold,... the buns were super stale and the meat tasted funny. I actually requested a refund through the corporate office and they told methey would get in touch with the franchise owner and I never heard back. That was almost 2 months ago. Burger King used to begreat but now it's just awful. Read more

It's amazing how slow and no effort was made to get the people in the dining room in and out drive thru was there main.... Objective granted they had around 10 cars in line iv'e worked for bk for 14 years became an operations training manager indallas texas started in california and here in oklahoma retired from there waited 25 minutes for a whopper /chz o- ring and adink no ice in the drink station 8 people working will be calling corporate office this is the store on 23rd and meridian. Nomanager on site only employees. Very dissatisfied. Read more

This Burger King is on point. Ordered through a third party, my food came sealed in the bag with everything that I could have... possibly needed. For example the condiments.. AND napkins... whaaaaat?? Usually these are forgotten by other restaurants whichsucks. Food was hot and fresh without even physically going to the location. Overall excellent experience! I tried to go through the drive thru. I sat in line for 10 min and tried calling the store to be hung up on twice. I don't know... what is wrong with Burger King that I can't ever get through the drive thru in less then 10 min. I went next door to Wendy's andwatched as the drive thru didn't move. I love Burger King but won't go because it takes so astronaumically long to get throughthe line. Read more

Overcharged me. When I pointed it out, snapped at me and my friend that we were wrong and slammed the drive through window... closed telling us they didn't want to deal with us. I went to BK website to complain and asked for someone to call me from thecompany. No one did. A week later a friend asked me to stop and grab her food from there so I did, and found proof of what Ihad said the week before - their own sign outside says that the impossible burgers are 2 for $6. I called the phone numberlisted on the window of the drive through and the person on the phone said someone would call to talk with me further. No onedid. Obviously they don't mind overcharging you and yelling at you when you point it out - just want to take your money and youbetter shut up if their own signs say the price is different than what they rung you up as. The sandwich itself was just OK. The commercial makes the sandwich look good I even looked up a video on how it is made but it... did not translate to the taste. Popeyes is killing the game. Read more
