Always a pleasant experience. Food is fresh and the guys and gals that work here are always nice to me.

This place just continues to get worse and worse. You can get a seated at a table and order your food in a restaurant faster... than you can at this ?fast-food? stop. The service continues to lack and the food always makes you sick. This place desperatelyneeds new management or to be shut down entirely! Read more
I very rarely eat fast food like McDonald?s, BK, etc., but sometimes I get a strange craving from childhood memories to eat some... BK so we found the closest one to us in the city and had some coupons so we went. The service was nice and it was clean enoughbut the food was way better 10-20 years ago. I had BK a couple years ago and felt the same. The quality of the food has justgone downhill over time and we both had immediate stomachaches after we left. We probably won?t eat at BK again. BK impossible vs beef whopper. Summary, there is a difference, but unless you have them side by side you would be hard... pressed to know which is which. I went to BK and got one of each and had the burgers cut in half... topped both the same way. The impossible whopper was very close to the beef whopper. Visually I couldn't tell one from the other looking at the pattyedge in the burger. Mouth feel was also so close I couldn't tell the difference between the burgers. Taste was slightlydifferent with the impossible whopper having slightly less flame broiled beef flavor BK is known for. The impossible burger hada slightly nutty aftertaste, I assume from the coconut oil, it was just different and not unpleasant. Reading online it appearsthat health wise there are limited benefits to the impossible burger. But environmental impact is substantial, as expected. It takes a lot less water, fuel, etc to grow plants vs beef. If that is important to you the impossible whopper is a goodoption. Read more
When I visited this location tonight the drive-thru menu was showing 20 chicken nuggets for $1. I ordered some. When the video... screen changed, it said $1.50. I asked the girl what the price was, she said 1.50. I then told her what the advertised pricewas and she said that they have no control over what the menu shows and that she would have someone call corporate tomorrow andhave them fix it. I also spoke with a manager who acted as though she had no ability or no authority to charge the lower priceand that they would continue to advertise one price but charge 50% more until corporate changed it. It makes me wonder just howlong the false advertising will continue and how many people will be overcharged without knowing it. I didn?t get the nuggets. I ordered two Spicy Chicken Jr sandwiches. I told the girl that I needed a plain bun because I cannot eat the sesame seeds dueto a medical condition. She said that the bun on that sandwich has no seeds. When I got home I discovered that there ARE seedson that sandwich so tonight I get fries and a drink for supper. Update for July 2021. A lot has changed to their operation and the speed has increased immensely whether going inside or drive... through. Narrative below is from a year ago. If you stopped going here based on recent visits recommend give them anothertry. If you are in any type of time crunch do not ever go here. The staff is friendly and orders are correct but today was 22minutes in the drive thru. Sat at the menu board for 7 minutes just to get my order taken. When it finally was the lady in frontof me was still at the delivery window. Lady behind me gave up and left. When placing order there were 7 cars behind me.
