Took my brother out for his birthday with my children and friends. Had so much fun and the waitress Katie was amazing ???? we... ordered about 100 wings kids meals and a ton of drinks and fries. Two different customers were sat after I was in the same section and I was attended to after them. Then the waitress comes over... and informs me they cannot expect card payments because their system is down. Should definitely put a sign up, I came to enjoythe ufc fights like I do often but because I did not have cash and was not informed until I was sat I had to leave. Thishappened as the event started. Nice Menu, delicious food. The Buffalo wings were very yummy, and so many ways to serve them.

Service is very poor and staff uneducated with menu. Ordered a dish that on the menu shows tots but what I got was street tacos... and the server stated they must have changed it. Food is pretty good, not a must go to location, but if you want a good placeto have a long conversation, definitely a good option to go to...long wait periods on service and food time. First of al, the manager is super helpful and nice. Ended up not charging us. That?s the only reason is not 1 star. New... employee Messed up our order twice. I understand the employee is new to the restaurant and I don?t blame him for makingmistakes. But it?s the way he handled the situation gets me. We waited 40 mins for our food just for him to take back and saidwe didn?t order any of the flavors which we did, those were all the flavors we ordered. And then he took them wings back and wewaited another 20 mins just for the wings to be way smaller than the first plate he brought to us. The manager on the otherhand is super helpful and nice. Ordered pretzel knots with beer cheese. When delivered I noticed they didn?t look like the picture with seasoning. I called and... asked if they?re supposed to be seasoned which the girl said yes. I also didn?t get the cheese, I got honey mustard. The girlwho answered the phone said she can?t do anything about it she just answers the phone. I can?t figure out what is going on with BWWs. It seems as I continue to order, the quality continues to get worse and worse.... Tonight was the worst. With weather delays all day long, I haven?t had a chance to eat anything since breakfast at 8am. Iordered 10 Boneless Honey BBQ wings. It was scheduled for an hour delivery time. After receiving the wings, it was a mess as thesauce was leaking out of the box (through the bottom). When I opened the box, there was only 8 ?wings??but they were all sosmall. It would have been smaller than a McDonalds Chicken Nugget. These are children, small bite size ?wings?. Needless tosay?I was super disappointed. I attempted to call the store and was hung up on 2 times and no answer on the 3rd try. By now,it?s way to late to even re-order of find another place that will deliver as walking and finding a place is not within mytimeframe.
