I love the new store off May and 150th!

When Braum's first opened this store, a few months ago, the employees were enthusiastic and personable. Tonight, however, was a... less than acceptable experience as we ordered food through the drive-through window. The food and drinks were as expected, butthe young lady working the first window was standing and chatting with a young man. They never stopped the conversation, and shenever spoke to me. She simply took my credit card, scanned it, and returned it to me without a single word. I pulled up to the2nd window to find two employees, young men, chatting inside the window. They did not acknowledge my presence. When the foodarrived, the guy closest to the window opened the window, said "Here ya go" then immediately closed the window and returned tohis conversation. I don't expect stellar service at a drive through window, but I do expect to be acknowledged and thanked formy patronage--neither of which happened tonight. Read more

Quick stop for groceries and a snack at this new location. Clean and stocked well with helpful staff.

Whoever recruits Braum?s employees, does a brilliant job. Every person who?s helped me in this new location, has gone the extra... measure to be incredibly welcoming and kind. This is true of all of the Braum?s locations I?ve visited. Great job! Read more

Glad they're open its so much closer to me. Although they did mess up my order. I asked for a regular burger and got charged for... a chz burger, asked for a coke and ended up with a diet coke.. blah absolutely hate the taste of diet coke.
