I ordered a limeade. All I could taste were limes. Could Not taste simple syrup. I told front counter she put more limes in it.... I tried telling her it didn't have simple syrup in it. She kept yelling at me yes it does. I said fine I don't want it. Shepoored it out. Didn't bother trying the place because the 1 star bar on the reviews is over 50%. Sucks because I've heard good things about... braums but I guess this specific location is trash. For those who don't know, Google doesn't accurately portray reviews on thebar graph. If there's enough 5 star ratings, it will always show as full. I go to this Braums every day, same young man working, same breakfast, 5 star experience every day. Today there were different... people working and my order was wrong and my hashbrowns were overcooked. When I drove all the way back to get my missing food, Iwas told that the item doesn't actually come with my meal..even though it has..literally every day until today. I even showedher my receipt and she just made me pay for the food again anyway. Read more
