It?s sad when you?re waiting 30 minutes to get your food and they?re not offering anything for the long wait. It?s not the... customers fault that there?s a lack of employees. This is not good business. They need a complete overhaul of employees andmanagers. Read more

Ordered ice cream and fries. They didnt ring up the fries. Asked me what I ordered... Then told me I would have to get back in... the long line to order my fries...while my ice cream melted. Even though I already ordered them and it was their fault theymissed them. Read more

we were in the drive through for an hour at most. it wasn?t even because of the people in front of us, it was the braums workers... being extremely slow. and usually i would excuse that because maybe they?re understaffed, but we counted six workers. two at thewindow before us doing nothing, the person who was giving us our food, two people that were in the back that we could see justtalking, and one other person who walked past. i work retail, and maybe it?s different for fast food, but six is more thanenough employees. we usually only have six people if its a saturday, since that?s our busiest day. and sure, sunday night,theres a lot of people in line. but if nobody?s doing their job, does it even matter how many people there are working? so backto when we finally pulled up. i got my ice cream pretty quickly, and we paid. but then it took like ten minutes to get myhamburger, and my mom who was next to me knocking on the window to get their attention. i do feel kinda bad for the guy who washelping us, but still. we could see across to where the counter was and there was nobody helping there either. the lady acrossfrom us in line was there the ten minutes we were waiting in the drive thru, so who knows. anyways, that?s all i have to say. goto a different braums. Workers and management have gone way down hill wouldn't even get ice cream here anymore very sad

I come here all the time. Usually I have a good experience. Last night, my family and I went. All we ordered was ice cream, and... it took about 30 minutes to get it. When we finally got it, it was melted and they had the order wrong too. Maybe it's theevening crew, or lack of it. Read more

I love Brahms but out of all of them this one?s the worst it?s always something with them. Today I stopped in order a meal but... can?t get a soda because they have no carbonation go to get a sweet tea and instead i get unsweetened brown water hardly tastelike tea go to the window ask for Braums sauce and they supposedly don?t have braums sauce go to eat my fries and what do youknow no salt on the fries lol definitely worth it to drive down the street to go to a different Brahms or someplace else to getwhat you want because like I said it?s always some thing with this location all of that was all In one visit trying to getlunch.
