Went in tonight to get a bag of burgers with my husband. We ordered all of them plain with just meat and cheese. We get home and... all of them have everything on them except for cheese! so he goes back to get them remade for the second time he once again getsback home and none of them have cheese on them. So he calls them before he goes back for the THIRD TIME! and the kitchen staffis in the background of the phone call yelling that he didn?t order them with cheese even though she specifically asked, and hesaid ?yes with cheese? . This store was filthy. No one wanted to help me and there were three people in the back playing around and ignoring the... customers. Ice cream was left out and melted. They were using it to serve customers. What happened to taking pride in your job? Ridiculous. Read more

So we got dinner from this location last night and my 9 year old almost choked on this ingredient sticker that was placed inside... her burger! It was still sticky on one side so I'm finding it hard to believe it was an accidental thing but who knows. Just becautious of this location...it could have ended bad ???? Read more

Personally I think for the amount of staff the place could've been cleaner (tables, floors) but the counter area was taken care... of. it took a minute for someone to come to the counter but once there they were courteous and professional. (Seemingly a hardtrait to find in kids today, so kudos). CBurger was fair, strawberry shake was great. Read more

This is an older Braum's. It could be remodeled but it's clean and kept up. It's also smaller than the newer ones so the... selection isn't as big. The employees are always friendly. I order my food special because of food allergies and sodiumrestrictions and they usually get it correct with no problems. Read more
