Service was pretty standard. The burgers ???? were exceptionally good, or I was exceptionally hungry. Speed of service must of... hit a speed bump that just finished upon my arrival; one car ???? actually got out of line and drove off! Order to delivery was5 minutes... not too bad. Usually not very busy and when there is a line it moves fairly quickly. Haven't had too many mess ups and if there is one they... are quick to fix it, just have your receipt. Tables are usually clean as well as the restoom. Groceries are usually a bit moreon the expensive side, sometimes they have good deals on milk and orange juice. Read more

I come to this location about 2-3 times a week during my lunch break, but today After pulling in i was asked to wait a moment. I... said thats fine.. about 15 seconds pass and I'm asked this time to wait for 5 minutes... theres nobody else in the line so i ask"5 minutes?" Kinda concerned. This is when 3 people jump on the intercom and say "5 seconds" this was shocking that so manyprople could listen to the conversation understand whats going on. And yet, do nothing to resolve the situation. This was allfine, unpleasant and unprofessional, but still tolerable given I'm at a fast food establishment and i don't expect much fromthese employees, obviously their "boss" doesnt either. But what caused me to leave before placing my order is the laughter thati heard over the intercom after i had been told by 3 people to wait for 5 seconds. After being laughed at by these employees ididn't feel safe having them prepare my food. I will not be returning to this location. However i will still frequent thelocations on the Northwest side of town who are at least respectful of their customers. Read more
