Trying to use my tap to pay and it wasn?t working so I told the girl to take care of the others while I was trying to figure it... out. She refused wouldn?t leave the screen and then got someone over and my card was working. Tried swiping it but it wasn?tready to accept a payment. I tried to tell her my card was working and it won?t swipe and she said well I canceled the ordermove. I come here everyday and this was the worst attitudes I have ever dealt with. Normally I like this place normally I like braum's but last night I had one of the worst hot Sundays ever. There was some kind... of chocolate stuff on the bottom. This was honestly the worst experience I have had at a braums in years I had to send my order back 3 Times and then finally just... accepted what they gave us they were too busy joking around at the window that I had to repeat my order 4times and every time herepeated it back wrong . the guy honestly looked too high to even focus. Then I get my ice cream I ordered double toppings Ididn't even get half my toppings and then I barely even got a normal amount of topping. Also bought the tender dinner was burntand I didn't get my fries nor bread or roll I just got burnt tenders a snack pack and some sauce Won't go back to this one . Read more
