This is really a great... location to visit because there's almost never a line, the employees are always cheerful and professional and the store isclean. I mean REALLY clean. Been coming here for over 6 years. Love this braums. Came to get some food and asked for a plate or container to eat my food on... beings I was eating in my car. They said no they are charged for a full biscuits and gravy for the biscuits and gravycontainer... by that logic they are basicly giving the food away for free if we have to pay full price just for the container..Loved this braums and the people who work their. I'm done with it. Never had this problem at any other braums. I love living bythis braums. I am good on coming back. After 6 plus years I guess braums we're not family we're just strangers. Love going here just be careful if it?s busy you may get melted ice cream there was a school event and they weren?t expecting a... large uptake in customers leading to our 4 ice cream cones to be to the point they were dripping upon delivery staff is friendlystill one of the best locations. The food was good. The service was not! I got to the window to get my order. It opens and the employee handed me a bag and... said, "Here's that." Then turned around and got my drink and handed it and said, "Here's that." Then closed the window andwalked away. Wow. No welcome, no thank you, no please come back. Nothing. This (used to be) a nice Braums. Very dirty tables, chairs, counters. Filthy glass! Hardly any condiments out. Ketchup... dispensers need wiping off. Sausage biscuits was hard, and over cooked sausage. This was on Saturday 10/2/2022. Most Braums arelike this, and have been. Read more

I love the ice cream and food. The store did seem to have a problem with stock supplies. I was made to get a smaller size shake... than I wanted because they were out of the larger cups. And the shift runner seemed to have a bit of an attitude. The woman whowas on the carryout/dine-in service was all alone to serve a line of 4 different groups of customers. No one attempted to helpher serve the customers. They seemed to be having a conversation in the drive-thru window area. Read more

I waited forever at the "fresh market" for someone to come and help me. I stood at the register for over 10 minutes... waiting. The person on the restaurant side tried her best not to look my way. The sad thing is that they did not look busy atall. She kept on ringing the buzzer for someone else to come and help me instead of doing it herself. After a while she cameunapologetic helped me with my purchase and went back behind the restaurant counter. It seems like the more I come here toshop, the more I realize that making a trip to Walmart is worth it after all. Read more
