I frequently shop at this location. The staff is friendly and the store side is clean. My only complaint is that the milk is... always close to its expiration date. The fast food side is a mess, partly due to customers not cleaning up after themselves. Myfood is always cold, and my ice cream melted. The drive-through is usually okay, but it does get busy. My worst experience waswhen the first window guy charged me for the wrong order even though I corrected him before paying for it. He realized hecharged me for the wrong order and told me to continue to the next window anyway. The main window had the wrong order, ofcourse, because the guy didn't inform his crew about the mistake. I admit I should have parked and gone inside at this pointbecause the car behind me lost it. Foul language, name calling, threats, and accusing me of cutting in line. Mind you, I was inthe line ordering when he pulled up, and I let cars from the other lane go before me. The man child was way out of line andobviously does not know how the system works. I was followed to my housing entrance by the guy. It was road rage (or ice creamrage) at its finest. To top it off, Braums' policy is to make the order free when a mistake is made or a receipt is not given. Iwould have settled for an apology or even someone speaking up to the guy behind me. Ordered 2 shakes. My medium chocolate shake was completely melted and almost room temperature, but didn?t notice till I had left... the drive thru and tasted the almost warm nastiness. They must of made it earlier in the day and were too lazy to make me afresh one. I live near by, but you all lost my business just like the Braum?s at Rockwell and Hefner after they couldn?t figureout the difference between a chocolate shake and malt multiple times. Nice, new, clean. On my visit it seemed everyone was new and didn?t know how to make the sundaes. It all worked out and after... some help from us they all got made. The only real complaint was that the coffee machine was broke. ???? My daughter boughtfresh asparagus in the market which was nicely organized with fresh produce. Read more

The grocery side is usually well stocked and the staff is friendly and competent. The icecream and food side is a mess. Every... time. Management is lax, and seems incapable of fixing issues with staff, cleanliness and customer service, even when made awareof the problems. Had a particularly bad experience on one occasion and tried calling and emailing corporate and was given therunaround. Many of the employees need more training, the ice cream area is never clean, and the cartons of icecream often runout. Read more

Great place for quick groceries. Their milk is the best like every Braums. Their burgers are really good and their breakfast... sandwiches are pretty good too. I like their ice cream but their selection can be limited some times. Read more
