I eat here daily. The service is fast and efficient, though it gets really busy at lunch during legislative session. There are... plenty of healthy food options and all of them are fantastic. They have a couple less-healthy options for those uninterested inany of their wonderful salads, wraps, smoothies, or sandwiches. The consistency is incredible and their staff is alwaysfriendly. If you don't want to wait in the lunch line, online ordering is quick and easy. They also make a mean coffee, add theespresso shot to a smoothie for the best meal-on-the-go around. Read more

Love this place! Healthy food and fast service, quiet little place where you can enjoy your lunch.

Dropped in while at the Capital. Place was brightly lit and very clean! Ordered a breakfast wrap. Cashier took my name and the... order came quickly. The wrap was sliced in half and with a side of salsa. One bite and I knew this place knows how to make adelicious breakfast. The salsa was a perfect compliment to the wrap. What a cute little Cafe with a beautiful eating area. I love the tin ceilings, vintage looking lights, wrought iron pedestal... tables, marble floors and wood panels on the walls. They serve wraps, sandwiches and salads, perfect for the middle of the daywhen waiting for a tour of the capital. I had the Mediterranean melt which was warmed nicely and very flavorful and my hubby hadthe Okie which was good but not hot enough to melt the cheese inside. We visited during a quiet time and enjoyed our visit. Theymight consider playing soft background music to give a little ambiance. Read more
