Very bad customer service. Not the first time at this location but this is poorly managed location with rude employees and very... unprofessional. I usually order online through the AA app but gets my order wrong everytime I ordered jalapeño pretzel but gotclassic one. And the one i got had too much salt. I would rather eat aomething else and ordering from this location from nowon. I even had a small hair on my pretzal shown on the picture and video too Read more
I was served a old and burnt cup of bites. When I took them back the served me an even more old and burnt cup of bites. Not... the quality you come to expect from this brand. Staff was nice but just didn't seem to get it that they were old and burnt. Read more
Employee was on her phone a good 5 minutes before she even noticed I was standing there ready to order. Looks up, doesn't even... say hello and pulls things out of the oven then comes to me. I don't know where AA finds these employees. But you all can dobetter.at least my jalapeno pretzel is good. Read more
They are not very nice very rude. Especially if you special request something they act as if we can't say we want something... other than what's in the box. Really hate I moved far from the outlet location ???? wish this wasn't the closest location to myhouse because I visit auntie Anne's every Tuesday and Thursday. I just hate their customer service. This is a wonderful Auntie Anne?s location. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. Alex and Dawn the managers are... fantastic and always have a smile on their face!!! Everything is always clean and the food is super fresh. I go by anytime I?min the mall!! Read more
There were only 4 pretzel?s available: 2 Jalapeño and 2 Almond. Unkemp attendant seemed uninterested in sales or anything else.... My visit was a very disappointing experience. Read more
