I will never go back to this ghetto location again. The drive-through worker sounded pleasant enough. You get to the window and... realize that she and the shift manager or whatever he was. On 10/26/2022, I tried to get a last minute dinner here. The posted hours show them closing at 10pm. I arrived at the drive-thru... at exactly 9:55pm. The lady on the speaker told me they were "closed". Perhaps I shouldn't have come so close to closingtime. However, I used to be a waiter and had to take tables all the way up to the actual closing time and then remain wellbeyond that for them to order and eat and then clean up. Due to that, it really irritates me when a place "closes" like thisbefore their posted closing time. I wouldn't come close to closing time at a sit down restaurant to be waited on, but I justwanted to get fast food before closing time and go. Disappointing and irritating... Read more

I will lead with I didn't expect much from the food here but my chicken sandwich and my husband's county style rib sandwich were... very good! The restaurant was super clean, all of it! The manager was so nice an courteous not only to the customers but alsoto his employees telling them what a great job they did on the last little rush. I tried to do the survey on the receipt but that wouldn't work. Anyway the store located at 6009 W. Reno store # 08310 was... awesome! It was very clean, the food was hot and freshly made. The staff was very friendly. We especially liked the young man atthe counter, Darryl. He was very kind to my special needs client and engaged with her and that made her smile. This Arbys looks as if it has recently been remodeled. It was clean and the food was delicious. The place was empty except for... us. Might of been a little early for lunch (11:15). We ordered two roast beef combos, a French dip combo, and a Buffalo chickencombo. The fries were fresh and the food was quick. Read more
