Went through the drive thru. Service was good and food was hot and delicious ????. Young Lady at drive thru was very friendly.
Check your drive through order before you leave! ** UPDATE: From 2 to 3 stars. Drove back out and they took care of me right... away. I'm not thrilled about spending 40 min driving back and forth to Arby's, but I was able to pop in and get my missing foodquickly. Original Review: (2 Star) Out with the family running errands, we all love Arby's so we stopped in for lunch. Ordereda few RB sandwiches, some chicken for my wife and toddler, and curlies all around. A little over $30, which feels expensive forfast food, but inflation I guess.. We live about 20 min away, so we drove home to eat. Get home, unpack the grub, pass out theRB, the fries... No chicken for my wife and toddler... So disappointing. Read more
finally full staffed and they appeared enthusiastic, unlike prior months before the lobby was closed down. the lobby was finally... open again and in good order. (Lobby was closed for months prior) Read more
If going through the drive thru.. make sure you check your order before leaving the parking lot... I'm assuming the short... handedness is the reason they can never put everything in the bag the first time around... Smh Read more
Really nice staff and great food. Corporate seems to have failed them on repairs and maintenance (Credit card machine down;... fountain drinks in dining room nonoperative). Done well in spite of that. Read more
I ordered a chicken cheddar ranch sandwich, 2 roast beef sandwiches, and a white cheddar mac & cheese. I got 3 roast beef... sandwiches and the mac and cheese, and the mac and cheese was cold. Like it had just come out of the refrigerator cold. Theirony is the sticker on the lid said ?caution, contents are extremely hot?. As for the location itself, the soda fountain insidewas out of order and the floor was sticky. Won?t be going back. Read more
Ordered one of the "new" Chicken, Bacon, Ranch Sandwiches & when I got it, went to take a bite & almost broke a tooth off!! It... was not a full chicken patty as shown, it is two chicken strips & they had been sitting for quite a while (cold & hard as arock) Typically I do not take food back, but I paid over $9 for this & I wanted fresh food!! The manager did not hesitate to askif she could make me a new one & also asked if I would prefer a whole chicken patty. It came out hot & it was actually a goodsandwich ,when made as if they were the ones eating it. That's the way it should be...If you wouldn't eat it, then do not serveit.
