We were probably in line for about 20-25 minutes because they said that they had a huge order. And I get that that is out of... their control as far as when someone orders that much food. But I am vegetarian and the only thing that I can eat there is apotato. And I used to work at Wendy's and I thought they still had the broccoli and cheese potato but they didn't they only hada sour cream and cheese potato on the menu which again they were out of potatoes. But my friend ordered a number one off of themenu and ordered a triple Patty hamburger and fries and stuff. We both did try out the new strawberry Frosty which he reallyenjoyed and liked it and it was good. And then they were also out of a blueberry drink that they had on the menu. So two ofthe items that I would have liked to have ordered they were out of. And as a good customer service gesture it would have beennice to give those of us that were waiting so long in line a free drink or something. So that is why I have to give it athree-star. Read more
I go here because my son likes it, but every time I go, I?m amazed at how slow the drive-thru is. In my 45 years, I?ve never... experienced a slower drive-thru (even popular Taco Bells at late night). We?re talking at least 30 minutes every time. Pleasestaff up and open the dining room like most other fast food places at this point. You can do better. Read more
I pulled up in drive through and wasn't even greeted for several minutes. When I did order the employee was rude and impatient... even through I only ordered two items. I ordered my girlfriend nuggets and myself a deluxe burger no cheese (because I'mallergic). I left the drive through and went to my girlfriends work to bring her dinner. When I opened up my food it made withcheese. Great now I can't even eat dinner with my girlfriend. Read more
I love Wendy's generally. However, on tjis occasion I was there for breakfast via the drive thru @ 630am when they opened. The... building was dark, none of the signs nor the menu board was lit...making it difficult to determine what I might want to order. Actually the food was fine. However. Wendy's struggles to gain a foothold in the fast food breakfast wars, seems destined forfailure once again. Read more
