Lobby was closed with no signage. One customer was inside and pointed me to a secondary door. I entered and submitted a mobile... order. The entire time I was waiting the employees were complaining that customers were coming in and ?running all over theplace?. Additionally they were out of stock of critical ingredients. I use the mobile app to order in store. The doors were locked. No indication on the app that in store was not an option. Waited... a good 20 minutes in line for my order that I could not cancel and reorder at some other Taco Bell location that was open instore, because it was ordered on the app. Buyer beware. Read more
Food was okay, staff made me uncomfortable. I went through the drive through yesterday and I will not come back here. At the... drive through the guy asked if I wanted to round up my total for some charity. I couldn't even understand what he said the nameof the charity was, but I said no thank you. He said "excuse me?" And I said, "I said no." Then he rounded up my total anywayand told me to pull forward. I thought maybe he couldn't understand me through the speaker, so I just pulled up and explainedthat my work covers my expenses but I can't donate to charities with their money. He took it off but was basically gridding histeeth and spoke to me in a disgruntled tone the rest of the time. I worry he could have messed with my food in some way based onthe way he seemed to judge me, but it seemed fine as far as I could tell. So, today, I went to Arby's (I live 1,000+ miles awayso I have to eat out for every meal while I'm on the road, which is why my work pays for it). Nice place, nice staff there, andgreat food that tasted very fresh. I'll probably go back to the Arby's. It's very close by to this Taco Bell, too. i never leave reviews but i literally just went through the drive- thru, asked for no tomatoes on one item and then they gave me... tomatoes on literally every single item, even the ones that don?t come with tomatoes in the first place. the girl at the windowwas super nice though, she?s the only reason I?m giving two stars. Absolute worst Taco Bell we?ve ever had. Hard shell tacos were soggy & falling apart, had random items in each wrapper that... didn?t even come on the items, everything just seemed thrown together and was so sloppy, we couldn?t even finish our food.
