Every time we order online at this location they mess it up. My last order of nachos came with just cheese and chicken, they... didn't read what was requested. My daughter's burrito bowl was a burrito, not a bowl. This was my favorite location. I willdrive across town to a different one because they always get it right and I get a full meal out of it instead of a quarter of abowl. Read more
EDIT: The Idiots name was Cole and as I was informed he was fired for consistently being a hot head. Happy to know the owner who... NEVER contacted me after I opened a case and requested speaking with them. Still would never and will never recommend thislocation. Manager is extremely rude. When an order is made wrong she asks me what should they do, just throw it in the garbage...it's... customers who pay their salaries. Paying customers are owed respect. This is the 2nd negative encounter with the same manager.The owner must be a real piece of work to have such lousy, rude and disgusting staff even after seeing these complaintsregarding the same manager numerous times. Do not support this business. After the interaction they shut off the lights abovewhere we were eating stating they they shut off light 30 minutes prior to close, but no others lights were turned off exceptthose above us. This is the only Qdoba I have ever been to that will not make a kids quesadilla on a corn tortilla with no explanation as to... why. There are very few gluten-free options at fast food places and this is one my daughter will eat. Read more
This is my favorite qdoba to go to. Every time I go I experience amazing service from awesome employees. The manager Bri S. is... always smiling and helpful not only to me but to all of her staff as well. I?ve always noticed that a lot of her employees cometo her in times that they need help and she?s always there to help them! Read more
It really depends on who's serving you because the quantities are not standard even though Qdoba things otherwise. But the food... is overall pretty good. Sometimes it's salty. So consistency is an issue. But you get free queso! Read more
My husband came in for the burrito bowl special. Upon getting to the register my husband asked about the small side of chips... that comes with the burrito bowl. He was informed by the manager that it is no longer included with the deal. So they said itwas an additional charge. My husband assumed they threw a salsa in the bag, he informed me of the change and that he paid forthe chips and salsa. Looking in the bag there was no salsa. Noticing this I contacted the location and an associate answered thephone and explained that there was 2 different types of chips (chips and chips and salsa) and I explained that was not explainedand that if my husband came back would they fix it by giving me a salsa? He said he?d ask the manager. The manager got onto thephone and said that we ordered ?chips? not chips and salsa. I explained it was chips and salsa and he said no. He said ?I can?tgive you something you didn?t pay for? and said it with an attitude. I explained this was not told to my husband and we would besatisfied if he just gave us a salsa. He refused. He was snappy and rude. He was willing to lose a customer over a salsa. Icannot believe it. I?ve been going to this qdoba for 5 years. I don?t understand why we were treated this way especially sincewe paid. Managers represent the company and I was not happy with the treatment we received. And to make matters worse, most ofthe prep for the food was done behind the scenes, they had no hot food out to build the bowl. They took it in the back to bemade? that is quite alarming as well.
