Staff was great. Our waiter was awesome. The food tasted great but the presentation was underwhelming. My son's chicken... strips entree was just 6 chicken strips on a plate.. no fries or sides.. strange... everything tasted great but not exciting tosee set down in front of us. Read more

We arrived and were promptly seated. Our server, Maddi, came by within a couple minutes and was pleasant. She got our drink... order and left. A few minutes later she came back with 3 of our 4 drinks as she had forgotten what I ordered. Not a big deal.She got mine and came back. She got our appetizer order. Our appetizers took probably 20ish minutes to come out. While we werewaiting for them she got our entree order. We proceeded to wait almost an hour for our food to come out. At one point I lookedat my phone and we had been there an hour and 10 minutes and still hadn't received our meals until several minutes later. Whenour food did get there the pasta my 2 daughters ordered was very dry. One daughter said the Alfredo had no flavor at all andonly ate the chicken off it. My other daughter who is a Mac n cheese fanatic didn't even eat hers because it was so dry. Theplates were also extremely hot which tells me they were sitting under a warmer for quite a while. The server asked if we wantedboxes and I told her just 1 for the remainder of my calzone. I told her the girls didn't like their pasta and why. She asked ifthere was anything she could do. I told her no because I didn't have another hour to wait for more food for them. We paid forthe meal and left. All of us simultaneously said we probably wouldn't go back. The calzone was delicious but definitely notworth waiting over an hour. Especially when they were not busy what so ever! Multiple tables that got there after us receivedtheir food before we did. Not the Best Experience. Our waitress Therese, seemed like she had better things to do than wait on us. Hubby ordered our... drinks. Coke and Dr. Pepper. She brought us 2 Diets. You could tell they were Diet. Also, not filled cups, and mine had barelyany ice. This was midday, the place was empty They were not busy. Appetizers were ordered. She barely stuck around to get thatorder. I swear she acted like she either had to go pee or had a bad case of ants in her pants. Very unprofessional. We orderedthe Thai Pizza, with Hand Tossed Crust. I believe we ended up with thin crust. It was just raw dough too. Not really good. TheFried Pickles we're Soggy. Just not very pleasant at all. 4 of us dined in on a Saturday evening. The service left a lot to be desired. We ordered pizza & a burger. My husband ordered a... beer from the draft list. The beer took approximately 20 minutes to arrive and it was in a can. The waitress brought him adifferent beer. When the food arrived, the burger order was wrong. The waitress entered it wrong into the system. She took itback to the kitchen. The right burger took an inordinate amount of time. I felt so bad for the person who ordered it. We almostfinished our pizza before her meal came.when the check was dropped off, I tried to get the server?s attention. She hadn?t left apen. We had to wait until she reappeared in the dining area and we could get her attention to pay the bill and leave. As for thefood, the pizza was okay. Nothing special. A bit greasy. The burger was meh.
