I usually stop at this Culvers on my travels between Detroit and Grand Rapids. Food and service is great... But... Last 2 times... I visited in the course if a month I was disappointed. First time I ordered a double butter burger and there was no condimentsor toppings in it at all. Just a dry burger and bun. Then today I ordered the fish sandwich and it had no tartar sauce justlettuce and wasn't very tasty. I would give 5 stars otherwise but since I was on the highway when I noticed these mistakes Icouldn't go back and have them correct the issue. Read more
Perfect Burgers, two days in a row. Best "fast food" burgers in the game. It's not even close. All ingredients, FRESH, and... unlike most places, the sodium level is right exactly where it needs to be. I wish places like this, as well as Steak and Shake,were in the City. Love the variety of options, I usually get 4 separate orders. 1 payment need the receipt for the breakdown for... reimbursement. Suggestion Mark each order so there is no confusion on multiple Orders in car. drive up pick ups required toopen the wrapping to hand out very awkward. Irish Shake dripped out on my vehicle cup holder, suggest a optional closed lid, dono overfill so loose lids drip. We love the food and the great customer service, we will return.
