First off, I love the prazals. The emo chick and the blonde one were great! Super friendly and the polite! The cheese sauce was... perfect (almost too thick!). The place was incredibly clean and hair free. Amazing customer serice. I typicall despise prazels,but this place made me a fan!!!!!!!!!!! Read more

The lady is so rude and ignorant. She doesn?t smile.It opens too late. It should be open at least 10 am.
I stopped in here just before closing 3/8/22. The young woman at the cash register was ignorant and rude as hell. Had the young... man who served me, not been there and polite, I would have left 1 star. She tried to charge me for nuggets even though she knewI'd only gotten pretzels. Her behavior was very short and clipped for no reason. I know there worker shortage, but if ownedthis place I'd seriously fire her. If it had been just the young man, I'd have tipped, but I didn't want reward her nastybehavior. Read more
Spent $10 on a drink and a small thing of pretzel bites. My daughter just wanted a cup for water and was told I had to pay $1.50... for an empty cup. Pretzels weren?t fresh and burnt. The guy spilt some out of the cup with the pretzels and thought we didn?tnotice. Normally a fan of Auntie Ann?s but not this location! Read more
Staff are laid back and pretty chill (this is a compliment) and the pretzels are always delicious.
