There food is much better than the last time I came, service was great

Listen carefully!!!... Enough with the nonsense with the drive-through times.... Why have a monthly report for managers... concerning drive through times when they pull the car and we got to wait 10 minutes for the food the drive-thru times on thereport are inaccurate whatever it says add 10 minutes..... Do not do not do not pull a car especially when no one's behind themand no one was behind me the manager came out and stated there's a constant buzzing while you're on the flat.... Which isnonsense it just beeps once her drive-thru times are incorrect please please cancel that lady on proper usage and understandingof her monthly drive-thru reports... Read more

Awful drive thru service!! Pulled up to place order and nothing. Pulled up to window and a kid playing on his phone. Placed... order and was asked to pull into parking spot so they could circumvent the time on the drive thru window. We waited 20 minutesto get our food. They were not busy! Read more

Horrible service every time we go there. Waited 30 mins when we were the only car in the lot and line only to receive the wrong... order and no sauce after the worker snapped at us that our meals came with ranch. I went to this zaxbys last night 7/9 and waited 15 mins to get to speaker. Got to the speaker ordered a number one extra crispy... and pulled up. We get to the window and server started telling us what wasn?t included with the order which we never asked herif it was. What she mentioned isn?t something we would even get/eat. So we let her know politely that we didn?t ask for that.She gives us our order and we open it to check it. The first thing we noticed were the chicken trips they were sliced? I?veeaten at zaxbys multiple times to know this isn?t right. The fries didn?t have enough season on them which was no biggie weasked her if she could give us extra seasoning to go on the fries. She closes the window but the window was left a crack openand we hear her saying they could have asked for that at the speaker. We get the seasoning open the container and it had a wetsubstance in the seasoning. At this point we were aggravated and instead of making the situation worse we decided to drive offand not deal with it. We then realized that the chicken they gave us was the sliced strips that go on a salad. The wholeexperience was terrible and I hope that who ever was working that night gets it together. Every time i have ordered from zaxbys,the fries are never seasoned and some of the food is never cooked properly.I believe it is... a simple job to make sure orders are correct and customers are happy.Seems the staff is having a hard problem making sure thathappens. Read more

They make you feel welcome and appreciated. If something is wrong at anytime they make sure to go above and beyond to correct... the issue. So many people these days do not put their heart into their work and I feel as if this location really does. Not onlyis the food great but the experience is outstanding hands down!! I LOVE their Zalads, wings, and the TLC fried fillet sandwich!Of course their chicken fingers are great as well.. Don't forget to dip them in their signature Zax sauce! Read more
