Attempted to purchase the baconator fries, they rang up over 1.50 more than the advertised price. The person ringing me up was... kind, I asked why it was so much and she said the button was broken and had to ask management. Manager when walks over to ringme up and charges me for the baconpub fries since the baconator fries button is broken, which is still more expensive than theadvertised 4.04 baconator fries on the menu. Manager says this is what the cost has to be because the button is broken. Y'all, this location is literally ripping off people if they order baconator fries. The manager is a bully. Waited forever. Ordered a double for 6.72, he said that was the price of a single so wrote down a... single. Was yelling at his employees about being professional in front of a long line. I do not recommend! Go to KFC or subway Read more
Terrible experience.!! Me an other customers where yelled at the counter for asking for a refill.. also the lady on the picture... was trowing orders and treating customers really bad?i will never stop by this wendys location ever again. Read more

Why is this place still open? Third time there, strike three, YOU?RE OUT! I understand lack of help if that?s the excuse. The... top of my bag of food was covered in grease from the employee?s hands.The employees could not have worked any slower! Waited for20 minutes for two sandwiches. I mistakenly ordered a chicken sandwich during breakfast. The kiosk ordering system let me do it. The manager was exemplary in... his professionalism, never faulted me, apologized for the kiosk mistake, and even went so far as to show one of his employeeshow to do a refund and train her. This was the best service I?ve ever had at the turnpike station. The manager Joseph should becommended. And the food was fantastic. Wendy?s far exceeds Burger King in Dunkin? Extremely inefficient. Pour quality of Servive that the food looks like it was put together in a hurry. The same with every... fast food place here. Horrible experience, horrible service and horrible food. We got a honey chicken and it only had half the chicken on it, we also... asked for a breakfast baconator and asked for a croissant as the bread, we not only had to pay extra for the croissant, but hadto put it on ourselves. Horrible places would not recommend. Read more
