Shame your food never is like what you see advertised. Pizza only had meat and beans on half of it. Of course you don't know... this until you begin eating and all you taste is the tortilla shell. Lift the top shell and there you see it. Meat and beansonly smeared on half of it. Being a loyal Taco Bell fan this is not acceptable. ???????? Read more

When I walked into the restaurant no one greeted me or asked to take my order. I decided to try the kiosk which came to an error... and restarted. There was not one person in the lobby and only one car in line. I finally flagged someone down and they told meto try the other kiosk, low and behold that one came up with an error too. I Flagged someone down again and they said ? I guesssince we are not busy I?ll take your order?. I ordered a Mexican pizza with no tomatoes but they put them on there anyway. Thedining was filthy and the drink station was full of spilled sodas and straw wrappers. Very disappointed. Read more
If I had not had a direct conversation about hot sauce I wouldn't complain but the cashier even showed me so it would be... correct. 12 tacos, 1 mexican pizza, and 1 beef burrito BUT not even one packet of hot sauce or any kind was put in. Not thecashiers fault as it's listed on the ticket. Thank goodness there was hot picante and Frank's red hot original to put on thembut just wasn't the same. Read more
It was lousy!!! Waited forever for my order, only to have the burrito fall totally apart when I unwrapped it!!! Just a total... mess. And to be honest it was the most skimpy burrito grander I've ever seen!!! No vegetables!!! That did it for me!!! I have towonder if these are the same people whining for $15.00 an hour? Read more
The drive through was a little too slow for Taco Bell. The food was typical.
Let me start by saying that my last review about Taco Bell was not such a good review. However, I gave this Taco Bell another... shot. It happens the manager Jeanette was working this evening. I simply made some small requests. Which she granted. My tacoswere amazing. I asked for extra napkins and you can see by the picture I'm sending I got extra napkins. I asked for plenty ofmild sauce. As you can see by the picture, they gave me plenty of Mild Sauce. I also asked for sour cream and it was also in thebox. Heather who was the drive-thru attendant was wonderfully sweet, attentive, and very professional. Excellent job she did.The manager (Jeanette) and (Heather) both were wonderful. I was very pleased. Made me very happy and a return customer again. Iwould like to add I had a service dog with me. Upon seeing my service dog Jeanette & Heather proceeded to compliment my dogtelling me how beautiful and wonderful my service dog was. Then Jeanette (the store manager) went above & beyond and got somechicken and fed my dog the chicken As a treat. Wonderful job girls. I'm real pleased, real happy, and the food looked & tastedgreat. The tacos were stuffed well, and delicious. Thank you for a great experience. Keep up the good work. This is how I liketo see a Taco Bell or any other fast food restaurant performing. Read more
Over and over I keep getting terrible service, the lady at the window acts like she?d rather jump in front of a semi than speak... to a customer let a alone speak respectfully to a customer ????. The food is completely hit or miss sometimes normal Taco Bellsometimes hard stale tacos that look like they were pulled from behind the fryer. The reason I am now leaving a review isbecause my last 2 trips back to back they have closed down about 15 minutes early and would not take my order. I completelyunderstand as a restaurant having a certain time that you stop taking orders but if you post 1am as the time you close then Iwant to be able to order until 1 am and if you don?t want to serve anyone ?after 12:45? then maybe that?s what the hours shouldbe posted as.
