Got to drive thru at 11:10 on a Sunday with 4 other vehicles in line. Sat there for 15 minutes and the line NEVER moved. This is... yo be FAST food. Pulled out of line and went elsewhere. I am stock holder in company and am very disappointed in the service.Need to do something before you lose more customers. Read more

Horrible service and the food was poor looking. We waited 13 minutes for our orders which mine was wrong and then I had to wait... longer. The young lady that was on her day off from there decided to assist me and others to get their orders. She even tookorders outside to online order customers. I didn't get her name yet she was polite and courteous to all customers sheassisted. Personally I will never go back unless I am desperate. Read more
Was here and ordered on the app and the waited and waited them found the soda machine was not working. Then had to wait 10... minutes to figure out what they can so for refund. I was using curbside pickup which was long long wait. This place is notbeing run well and I can not recommend they have terrible management here. Dont know why McDonald's doesn't do spot checks andsee how bad service is here. Read more
The service has really gone down. The old lady up front used to be so sweet and now she is rude and grumpy. She isn't the onoy... employee that's rude either. They normally never get your order right. They aren't patient with you when you use your McDonald'sapp(which is so slow because the wifi is so slow). This used to be the best McDonald's in town but it's definitely not anymore. Read more
God bless this business, other then the kids who run the food out or the registers, I saw nothing but garistrics behind the... counter! God bless those people too! I watered for over 24 minutes in the drive through . The sad pars is I didn?t even get mymustard dip sauce ! Lol Read more
