Take-out is much better than the buffet. It is cooked fresh. Since this is the only Chinese within 50-60 miles, take-out works... for us. The buffet meats are absolutely awful. Each meat tastes like it was cooked in the same oil (old) as all the othermeats. Breading on the meats is mush. Potatoes and other side items are ok. I've tried the buffet four separate times.
