They had no chicken that we wanted just legs. People ordering and not one employee told the customers all the had was legs. No... mac and chesse. Wanted 20 minutes for a sandwich. Will not go there again employee was very rude to the customers including me . If there is a nother place ti get chicken thats where im going. Read more
Food was great, had to wait on chicken as they weren't paying attention and cooking as needed.
Food is fine but poor customer service. Besides my total, the lady at the drive-thru window did not say a single thing to me and... was talking to staff the entire time. What makes it worse is I believe it was a manager. A simple hi how are you/have a goodday/any sort of acknowledgment would be sufficient. Read more
I ordered online, I got a bowl. When I got the order, there were no napkins, plastic-ware, or a straw. I thought that was crazy,... its fine if they wouldve have forgotten one thing, but, as someone who's worked in fastfood, it just seems like pure laziness.Definitely going out of town to order next time. My husband and I decided to eat inside KFC today. We hadn't been for years. It was so nice and clean. We had excellent service.... And the food was delicious!! We got a meal with 8pcs of chicken, 5 biscuits, and 2 sides. Plus 2 drinks. Price was good. If youhaven't been to KFC in Okeechobee in a while check them out. This location has been going downhill for a long time. Tonight was the final straw. We ordered the family bucket, but all of our... sides were less than half filled. The mashed potatoes had about 4 ounces for a "family" sized side. The green beans were noteven covering the bottom of the container. Not worth the money at all. Read more
