If you DoorDash they look right past your order, just a heads up especially if you order though DoorDash they could care less... about you, the money you spent, and the time taken out of the Dashers work, in a business like DoorDash time literally=money,DoorDash pays us 2.25 an order and if you ask me that?s not enough when I?m sitting in a store for 20 minutes waiting on 1sandwich for one of your customers. The food is awesome, that is if you can get to it. Ive been ignored on numberous occasions, and lied to on wait times. The... workers have definitely gotten slower, and as someone who delivers food as well, terrible customer service to us deliveryworkers too. Just all around needs an attitude adjustment. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would! Going to Jersey mikes has always been a treat to ourselves when we get a few extra dollars.... Today, worst sub I?ve ever had since choosing them as my go to sub place years ago. Our meat was over cooked, what little meatthere was. Waiting in front of the order here line, zero eye contact, zero acknowledgement, extremely rude, no name tags so wecould add them in here. Our towns Jersey Mike's is the Best. The staff are nice and quick with service. The drinks are always cold. The drink station is... clean. Bathroom is clean. Booth's, tables are nice and clean. Floors also. The chips, cookies are fresh. Love to order on theapp. Great atmosphere our favorites are the Steak and chicken Kahuna's, meatball/parm, and little John's,tuna,ham,turkey are allgreat. Ordered a larg steak and cheese with mushrooms for 21.00.. you would think for 21 dollars it would be stuffed full but you be... wrong, it?s was very skimpy. It tasted like old grill grease like they didn?t clean the grill for days. Next, Sunday I orderedonline and was supposed to be ready at 1:24 so you you assume that 25 minutes would be long enough for one sub..but you would bewrong. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes, so it wasn?t ready until 1:40. It was Safe to say that the owner or managementwasn?t present at the time as the three kids walked around at a turtles please looking lost..
