I wish I had taken a picture of this abomination of a sandwich so I could post it to this review... I was the only person in... line and they still managed to completely mess up my order. I should have just gone to the Wendy's right next to this place...Almost 10 bucks for a poorly made sandwich with 1 slice of meat on it that wasn't even the sandwich I ordered. I was 5 milesdown the turnpike before I even realized it or I would have taken it right back up there. I guess the staff can bank on thatbeing the case for most people at this location. Read more

They are usually closed and offer some kind of excuse. When you ask they are very rude. Its best to just skip this plaza

I observed the two people working getting into a nasty argument over taking orders and making sandwiches. The staff had no clue. They were not prepared and didn?t even have a menu accesible to the public like they usually do through... their overhead monitors. It did not help they did not even know their own menu. I tend to order the BLT (bacon lettuce andtomato) sandwich, and they kept looking at me like I spoke a foreign language. They kept asking if I wanted cheese and if it wasa breakfast sandwich. I didn?t know how else to explain the contents in the sandwich. I know they make it considering I got onetwo days ago at another Earl chain location. Good quality of sandwich, with no frills service but it?s a rest stop so you can?t expect much. We only get Earl of Sandwich... sandwiches at the Florida Turnpike rest stops because they?re so good! They make their own bread and toast it up with thefilling which gives it a light texture that I haven?t found elsewhere. I love the sauces they provide and the flavorful roasteddeli-sliced beef, turkey and Italian meats. Every sandwich on the menu is good. The brownies are good. They gave my husband afree sample and now he?s hooked. Made with Ghirardelli milk chocolate , they have a perfect crunch on top. Good stuff. Read more

Bad service here. The attendant did not even know the menu????? On top of that one of the employees jump in front me and and... paid for her lunch....maybe I am not Haitian so it?s ok. If it would of been the other way around someone would of beenfilming and I wound of been on tv for discrimination ???????????????? Came in as a second time on 7/7/2018. Picture on invoiceattached.
