Peaceful retreat with mountain views.\nNOSA provided the perfect setting for our birthday celebration get-together. We had a... fireplace in every room, a locally sourced charcuterie board delivered to the room, and a patio with stellar views. You won\'tmiss a TV with these views and the gorgeous ambiance of the setting. Don\'t miss out on Chef Graham\'s personally preparedbreakfasts. The dining room atmosphere took me straight back to Europe, right down to the Danish-designed \"Y-chairs\". Thesetting, restaurant, and hospitality all earn a 5 star rating.\nDinner and Brunch are served only on the weekends at this time. The restaurant serves as an awesome art display of Hebé García\'s work. It is a very slow meal with few other diners so it\'s good to come with one or more people you really like to talk to and be... willing to chat with other diners.\n\nWe really loved the wine pairing with our meal and the chef did a great job ofaccomodating my allergies.\n\nWe will return! My wife and I went as a treat. We stayed a couple of peaceful nights at the Inn. Dinner and brunch were both marvelous. Chef... Dodds is great and his pairings with locally sourced items makes the good food really special. Read more

NOSA’s hospitality, dining and service has far exceeded anything I’ve had in New Mexico. Chef Graham balances making you... feel welcome as if you’re family, while at the same time bringing true haute cuisine and excellent lodging to the strikingdesert cliffs of New Mexico. NOSA is exceptional, unique and restorative… thank you Chef Graham and NOSA for an excellent stayand meal. My stay was just the kind of rest I needed. Read more

Superb top quality new restaurant in a lovely, isolated location near Ojo Caliente, NM. The whole venue and Chef Graham & ... server are top notch! Not having their liquor license yet was the only negative, only because I would want to pair fine wineswith the courses. Local ingredients add to the beautiful, artistic, courses. Wild mushrooms in the dishes were divine! Highlyrecommend this place as a destination venue. We came from Taos. Read more

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!! Now named NOSA, we enjoyed a superb lunch there (second of 2 seatings on weekends) and are excited to... return again in the Fall, when dinner service starts, and perhaps include an overnight stay. The prix fixe lunch was as good ameal as \"big city dining\" at it\'s best (NYC + SF/East Bay); we pray Chef/Owner Graham Dodds stays put here in NM! Read more

Amazing. Michelin-starred restaurant quality food for a very modest price. Graham tries to source as much as possible from local... pueblos, and the freshness comes through in the food.\n\nCurrently no wine/beer license, but for sure worth the trip fromAlbuquerque or Santa Fe for lunch. Read more

Took my wife out for an early birthday/Sunday lunch at the soft-opening. Excellent food and excellent service. All of this at a... very reasonable price for a 5-course meal. Of course the food was so good I never remembered to take a proper picture beforeeating. Read more
