Superb top quality new restaurant in a lovely, isolated location near Ojo Caliente, NM. The whole venue and Chef Graham & ... server are top notch! Not having their liquor license yet was the only negative, only because I would want to pair fine wineswith the courses. Local ingredients add to the beautiful, artistic, courses. You won\'tmiss a TV with these views and the gorgeous ambiance of the setting. Don\'t miss out on Chef Graham\'s personally preparedbreakfasts. The dining room atmosphere took me straight back to Europe, right down to the Danish-designed \"Y-chairs\".
