The room worked but the smoke detector kept chirping in the room next to me. And of course after the front desk explained that... nothing could be done about it, I suggested moving me to a different room on the other side of the hotel. And wouldn?t youknow it, this was in the room they moved me to. And there were numerous chirping smoke detectors on the other side of the hoteltoo. The fire marshal should stay here sometime! What a lovely Casino, the people here were so amazing and kind. We had such a wonderful stay here and the food was really... yummy. The wind blowing outside at night on the prairie is very eerie and just adds to the charm of this this casino. Wasn?tvery busy when we stayed, the room and bed was very comfortable and clean. This was a great stop over on our trip to Woundedknee and the Bad Lands. Had a total blast here and will definitely be back. Read more
The people at the motel has the employees I'm talking about treated my entire family very very bad and was very very rude... because we were from Denver Colorado I feel we shouldn't have been treated like that as I am part of that tribe and I wastreated like an outsider Read more
There were worms coming out the drain all the 5 star reviews are about the slot machines and food but the rooms are not it they... have stains on the beds mold in the cracks of the walls in the bathroom and there is a disgusting amount of bugs on the stairssome are dead but some are alive I hated this hotel I do not recommend it please don't go for safety. It's really remote but once inside you'd never know it. Nice hotel which I didn't visit but am judging by appearance. There's a... full restaurant inside and à smaller snack bar. Plenty of parking. I saw a stage but don't know if it's for live performancesor casino related events. Read more
We just stayed there. I had two rooms for two nights and within an hour we realized we didn?t need the second room for the next... night so I went to the front desk to cancel and she said my card would be refunded. Never got the refund. Tv didn?t work, poolwasn?t available and the room was dirty. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Read more
I always looked for their menu on here and never found it, so I took pictures of it. But overall, I really enjoy their customer... service. If you are eating here, remember to have PATIENCE. They do make your food fresh in the back. Encountered a few peoplebeing rude to the waiters. Read more
I love this casino, it's friendly and fun to gamble! But for the honesty today wasn't s good day for me. I got eaten up at the... table of blackjack and lost every dime I had within 20 minuets.... So today I didn't have much of any fun at all. It allhappened so quick that it just felt like I got robbed... But that's the life of gambling, the hotel still deserves 5 starts eventhough my visit didn't go as planned. I suggest you pay them a visit! Read more
