Not great customer service called in a Pickup order from the parking lot waited 10 mins and finally went through the drive... through. When we got to the window we got an attitude saying the reason they didn?t bring it out was because payment didn?t gothrough. No one ever took payment over the phone. I get your busy but just open your lobby?s already if your going to make pickup such a pain. Read more
The parking lot drive-thru is terrible the lines ruin the rest of the parking lot so no one can get in and out ever. They block... other people all the time. The drinks are great the drive-thru is awful they need to fix that they should be ashamed. Read more
