DO NOT ORDER TO-GO online. Twice in a row they have forgotten to put my order in after I paid and tipped online ahead of time.... Waited ample time to collect my order and in both cases they did not start until after I arrived. Got stuck waiting lengthytimes on the little wooden bench with vague updates. Watched walk-ins get their food and eat while I waited, after they saidthey prioritized our food. Used some of that time to write this review. I will not support Ramen Haus Ogden from now on. p.s.The seater said "they forgot a few things and it would be right out," then used the same line for the next 2 online customersthat walked through the door. They are willfully negligent at this location. p.s.s. The solid ingredients were all packedchilled, meaning it took them an hour just to dump some pre-prepped food and broth into cups and put them all in a brownbag. p.s.s.s. I steeped the noodles for 10 minutes and they are still fused together. Amended my review to delete the partabout the food being decent. Read more

Excellent value for your money! Such a fun aesthetic, and a surprisingly varied menu for a Ramen place. The Taro fries are... unique and definitely worth a try, but the sauce they come with is what I fell in love with. The tonkotsu ramen was decent withchewy and slurpy noodles, and the katsu curry was amazing! I would definitely go back, and bring some folded cranes next time. Read more

Authentic Japanese food! The fried rice tasted like my mothers cooking. Sesame oil ft soy sauce. Their boba is a GREAT size.... Prices are cheap! The spring rolls are crispy and perfect. Very FAST service and great customer skills. Read more

Went here for a date night with my wife after swimming at crystal hot springs and loved everything about it. The ambience in... the restaurant was amazing. The hospitality was top of the line and the food was delicious! Our server Chloe took care of us tothe point we didn’t have to ask for anything! Was excited to try this place - didn't know what kimchi would taste like, it's not a bad taste but I didn't expect it to be... cold, which made the taste more enhanced by itself, paired with a bite of meat or rice it was better. Our waitress was Angie andI don't know if its due to limited space or staff but we came in at 145pm and they closed right after. Our food was brought outweird, the extra rice I ordered came first then my beef bowl, another 4mins and my husband's food came, we had to ask about hisdrink and the appetizer.
