I went through the drive-through on Monday, October 10 around 5 p.m. Total charge for my order was $5.40. As I'm getting ready... to hand the cashier my money, she says she needs exact change b/c she doesn't have change or any bills. Not great, but okay.After I was handed my food -- sandwich and napkins -- no bag -- maybe they were out of bags too(??), I requested my receipt. Thecashier told me the register wasn't working properly. She couldn't give me a receipt; but if I gave her my phone she could takea picture of the register showing my total. I replied I don't blame you for these issues, but you know this isn't good, right?She turned her back and said something to the effect that she wasn't going to deal with me/my complaint. The supervisor came tothe window. The supervisor had an obvious attitude from the jump. I received no apology for his lack of ability to provide basicthings, e.g., change and a receipt. He repeated that his register isn't working and told me he doesn't have any change b/c todayis a holiday and he's not going to break into the bank so he can provide customers change. Hello Corporate and/or Franchisee: Iread other reviews for this restaurant. IF you care about the profitability and viability of this restaurant you should to dosome remedial customer service training with your employees b/c my experience was a fail. You should also provide your staffwith working cash registers. My sub-par experience is far from a one-off based on other reviews. I'm giving this restaurantthree stars b/c this is the first time I've received such poor treatment. In a customer service scenario, there's a professionalway to deal with customer disappoint when you're unable to provide basic things for reasons beyond your control -- give anapology for starters. I placed an order online for pick up 45 minutes after ordering. I went to pick up my food and they couldn't find my order. When... they finally found my online order they told me it would take 25 minutes to make it. My husband had to go to work so I had tocancel the order. When I asked for a refund I was told it has to be done online. I did get the refund but a couple of hourslater. This would have been my first time at this location and it will certainly be my last. You should start paying attentionto all these bad reviews on Google or else your company will soon be out of business. Read more

They are struggling at the moment. They have been out of several menu items, and some of their machinery is busted, making some... orders no longer possible. They also seemed pretty miserable and understaffed, but very few fast food options are currentlyexempt from that. Hopefully they can find a more palatable workplace, because this Popeye's might not make it. Read more

We had never been so thought we would give it a try. Unfortunately I have very little good to share about the experience. I mean... no disrespect to the individuals working there, but this was our experience: The service was quite poor. It took us 45 minutesto get our food and it was empty when we got there so there was no one but the drive through line to serve before us. Whilewaiting for our food the lady who appeared to be a manager invited a random dirty guy who walked in to come in the back wherethey were preparing food. They sat and talked back there while the other workers worked around them getting things cooked. Thenshe had him sit down in the back where she brought him food and chatted with him. The drink machine was very watery and soldout of most of the drinks. There were no lids for any sized drinks either. When we finally did get to eat they forgot a fewthings like the biscuits with our meals. I was not going to bother even asking for them as it was impossible to get the worker'sattention. Now for the actual food review: The tenders were actually quite moist and tender with a great crunch. I especiallythought they were good with their dipping sauces. The nuggets were bad. Very little chicken and the batter seemed way differentthan the tenders, I don't recommend them. The mashed potatoes were middle of the road. The Mac and cheese was really good, Iwould recommend that for sure. Maybe I will try a different location and avoid the nuggets, but we won't be going back to thislocation any time soon for sure. They were out of all lids all cups but small the popcorn shrimp was 80 percent chunks of coating and so burnt the tiny peices of... shrimp were like beef Jerky. They were out of fries. I love Popeyes chicken, but this was a bad experience. Got drive through?they forgot utensils, ketchup, BBQ sauce, didn?t get... ice in one of the drink, no straws, forgot some of the order, fries cold and soggy. Hard to eat rice and mashed potatoeswithout utensils. At least the chicken is good. And because gas is so expensive it is not worth driving back to have them fixthe order. if it was one thing wrong, no problem. But this was ridiculous. I would encourage others not to go here for food. If the attention to detail of filling a to-go order is neglected this bad, it makes me wonder what other things are beingmissed. Read more

I haven't actually eaten at Popeyes. I pick up doordash orders. Everyone is for the most part friendly and they get orders ready... quick. There was one lady there this day that wasn't so friendly and didn't show any hurry in getting an order ready. But therest of the staff was on it and quick. Read more
