I am a full-time driver for a living. I frequent this location for pitstop purposes and every single time I stop here the... restroom just always is conveniently closed. Whether it?s 10 o?clock at night, 1 o?clock in the morning or 12:45 in theafternoon. They always seem to have an excuse. So much for being a 24 hour pitstop place. Read more
If I could give the Maverick store at 2810 Washington in Ogden a negative 5 I would have to do so. I do not know what it is... about most not all but most of the employees that work this store are very rude to customers. I have been treated rudely by themand sadly so has some of my friends. I frequent Mavericks around the city and only experience this behavior at this store. Iget it that this store is extremely busy but I do not feel the customer should ever walk out of a place of business feelingoffended by the employees. Holding a customer Service position myself it is my job to satisfy the customers from greeting tocompleting transactions they are made to feel that I am there for them. I have been going to this maverick for years because the employees there are so wonderful. They make it a point to great those... who enter and get to know their regular customers. The store is clean, and well stocked at all times. Read more
$39.00 in gas and $11.00 in snacks, yet my family is turned away from the restrooms? COMEON!!! Is this Maverick?s corporate... policy?
