I convinced my husband to try the Cafe inside the Quilted Bear tonight. We were both starving as neither of us had eaten all... day. Wow...what a $50 epic fail! Where to start...the wait time, since they had no customers, was ridiculous considering howquickly they can turn out an order on their food truck. When our order actually did come out, it was missing my soup and myhusband's cinnamon roll, so we had to go ask for that, which took another eternity to make its way to our table. My husbandordered the Daddy, and we turn out a better grilled cheese at home than what my husband was served. I think one of the slices ofbread was a week old stale slice of bread randomly used on his sandwich (which was pretty small). It was literally croutonhard. I told him to wait to eat it with my soup to soften it up a bit. My sandwich was actually pretty good, I had the Spicy,they were out of the jalapeño bread, so I had regular bread...still larger than my husband's sandwich. We both decided to trythe cheese fries, they were just soggy with a lot of melted cheese. Another huge disappointment. Meanwhile, we are still waitingon the soup and cinnamon roll. At this point my husband has finished his incredibly unimpressive food, I slowly ate half mysandwich waiting for my soup to come out so I could at least have my soup and sandwich together. We heard the microwave andshortly thereafter out came my watery tomato soup with some grated cheese throughout it and the cinnamon roll. I finished theother half of my sandwich with some of the microwaved soup. Again, what an epic fail. I mean, it's pretty hard to screw up agrilled cheese, or even an order that consist of grilled cheese, soup and cheese fries. Now, if they had been swamped, I'd be abit more understanding, but seriously!? We were the only ones there, and the order ahead of us was an order of mozzarellasticks. So? I ordered a sandwich with combo +$5 More for combo. Wanted a Parmesan fry in substitution of plain fry. Was told I?d have to... pay the difference. Clearly difference means full price. Just had their Keto Ranch Chicken Bacon bowl at the Food truck at Millcreek Commons. Absolutely the BEST chicken I?ve ever had.... Lots of moist chicken breast with flavorful juices, cheese, and bacon. Keto all the way. I should have taken a photo but now itis just an empty bowl!!! Read more

First visit to the Wall Avenue location it was empty no one waiting or eating. We ordered two sides. Parm Garlic fries and Fried... Mushrooms. We waited a long time. Curious why it was taking so long we walked up to the counter to check on our order. Oneemployee was working and one supervisor. The supervisor came out from the back room on the telephone speaking loudly so it wasobvious to hear he was on the phone with a customer complaining about their order they received. I certain listened to thesupervisor tell the customer they were sorry their order was incorrect and he would then be contacting the store manager. Ourfood showed up and we went out to the parking lot. We checked our food and unfortunately it was horrible it was burnt , Overseasoned, the cheese was not melted. The food was not edible. I immediately went back into the store returned my food and askedfor the store manager?s phone number I contacted her and she apologized for the mistake and also offered me a $15 in-storecredit. They did not however offer to credit back my debit card. I do not know how I will receive this in-store credit it seemsa bit odd to me. The food is good not gonna lie, but I swear the hand full of times we come into this Cafe we get problems after problems. Either... food takes longer than expected or they do not have fries and for example today we wanted a fountain drink they tried to have usbuy the can drinks instead. All we asked if how much is refills and the cashier kept changing the narrative as to why wecouldn't get a drink. We couldn't even get water cups with out them trying to get us to pay for water bottles. I don't thinkit's bad to buy water bottles but when your kids only drink half of it it's not worth it. Next time I'll just look around forthe food truck at least get better service from them and bring my own drinks. Read more

We found this place by chance on a Google search for local restaurants and it?s definitely a hidden gem. It?s located in the... back of Quilted Bear in the Newgate Mall and has a very cute and quaint feel to it. The service was great - they answered all ofour questions and provided suggestions on their menu. We got our food quickly and it was all very fresh. We got the Spicy andRavioli sandwiches and the fries, which were all really delicious. The portions were great and made the price an incrediblevalue. I can?t recommend it enough! Read more

So happy we found this restaurant inside @The Quilted Bear at the Ogden Mall. We had grilled cheese with bacon sandwiches and... the garlic parmesan cheese fries. Omg they were excellent! The staff was so nice and everything was clean. Definitely goingback. Read more
