To start with the girl at the window is anything but friendly. Made me feel that I was putting her out by being there. The... food was cold, only had water and lemonade for drinks so I ordered the lemonade. That was water with little lemon flavor. Mashed potatoes where cold with just a little gravy on them. I quit going to your restaurant because of these reasons. Gaveyou another chance today, still disappointed and won't be coming back. Read more
Everytime I go here they say they don't have something that we order. Like recently just asked for a famous bowl and the guy... said "we don't have any mashed potatoes made sorry." How do they not have instant mashed potatoes ready ever. This is completelyunacceptable for a place to always turn away customers for food when they are a restaurant. Read more
First pass through the drive thru they gave us regular chicken instead of tenders and no potatos only gravy. Second pass after... waiting for others (20 minutes) they brought us only 6 tendets, but hot potatos. Too bad the biscuits and the gravy we got thefirst time were cold by the time we got home. We ordered the 9 piece meal with 3 large sides and 6 biscuits. I will never goto this KFC again. They had no manager when we called while waiting in line and this is extremely terrible service. DO SCHEDULES MATTER? I tried to come here at 11:30 for lunch while I was working. Pulled into the drive through and a sat there... for about two minutes, no response. Backed out of the drive through, parked, and tried to go inside. I say tried, because bothdoors were locked! Even though it was an hour after both Google and the sign posted on the door said it would be open. Lightswere on inside, so I'm pretty sure somebody was there. I went to this restaurant for take out/drive through I was rushed while ordering and they about threw my food out of the window.... I felt rushed and normally always check my food before I leave I just trusted they would make sure it's right. When I finallygot home I was highly disappointed to find food missing fries rock hard biscuits rock hard unedable. And Mac and cheese tastesour. I called the store and in the background you could hear all the employees screaming and cussing. I let them know what Ihad I recieved and what i didn't receive after spending money on it and not getting it. I was placed on hold for a long periodof time then when they finally got back on the phone I was told well my team said they made sure your food was there and thefries were not old or hard. I was upset. So disappointed spending outrageous amounts of money and receiving the poor customerservice and poor food quality and not receiving some items at all (kids meals at that). After opening the food contents Inoticed in one bowl cabbage was mixed in and in the other bowl it looks like carrots maybe and no gravy as well they justcovered it with cheese and corn. I am worried about cross contaminated food I have family that's highly allergic to some itemsthat were mixed into my food. Read more
Avoid this place. Been sitting in line for 30 minutes waiting for our food. This is the antithesis of fast food. UPDATE ON FOOD... NOW THAT WE GOT IT. Most of it is cold. Hamburgers had that fresh from the freezer taste. Nashville chicken was greasier than aGreaser in the Outsiders. Fries weren't bad, honestly. Read more

First of all this restaurant has gotten a lot better since the last time I was here. The store looks cleaner and the staff are... very friendly as well. We got our food fast and fresh. Very delicious definitely will be coming back! Read more
