Usually Jamba is super good. Got the blue vanilla (think thats what it was called) smoothy with popping bobba. The boba pearls... were tiny which was not preferable but okay. Problem was the coconut was just tiny half inch long white hairs. (At least I hopeit was coconut) I picked out about 3 every sip until I got too grossed out and had to throw it away. Didn't notice any othercoconut flavor in the entire thing. Never had a problem there before but this was gross enough I probably won't go back. About10 dollars for a medium too. :/ Read more
Such a wonderful place! I?m so glad that I tried Jamba Juice, because I love it! I don?t think anyone makes better smoothies... honestly. And their staff is so kind and friendly. The smoothies are always so delicious! A few great experiences that I?ve had:My friend ordered a smoothie and didn?t end up liking it, and they replaced it with a different flavor for no extra charge!Another time, one of the staff complimented me on my voice saying that it was so calming, and a few times they have given me alittle extra smoothie if they made too much! The smoothies are always so yummy! I was here the other day & witnessed a ?Karen? complaining & basically bullying the employee.... The employee handled it great, the rude customer was honestly just an adult bully that seemed pretty miserable. It?s a smoothie,come on now. No need to be crazy. Jamba juice gets crazy packed during their rush hours & I don?t think many understand that.Some people don?t have patience or kindness, but the employee handled it well. 10/10 customer service & 10/10 yummy smoothie. It?s sad how miserable this staff is. You can tell that nobody here cares about their job or the company. They were all talking... and goofing around when there was a bunch of customers waiting. What looked like a full staff of 5 couldn?t get it together. Weasked about the customization and what was in it, the one guy just said ?I don?t know? and walked away. Then left us there for afew minutes. Some other woman came by and just showed us a tub with the ingredients. She looked extremely annoyed. I honestlywanted to leave. I then got my drink, and I ordered a medium razzmatazz, it was very watered down. I didn?t even want to sayanything because of how uncomfortable they made my husband and I. Just extremely sad. We were in the area and thought Jamba Juice sounds good. So we stopped by and ordered our smoothies. It took them 15 minutes to... make our smoothies. And no, they weren?t busy. Problem was out of the two employees there, only one was working. She was makingsmoothies, pouring smoothies, doing dishes, and restocking. While the other employee was just, in a slow motion picture style,wandering around. I can?t say he was new. Mainly because neither employees we?re talking to each other. My observation was theydon?t work well together, because one doesn?t like to work and is lazy. It felt very awkward standing there watching them,knowing I couldn?t make our smoothies come any faster. I am a huge lover of Jamba juice, my favorite is usually the strawberries wild along with a few others. However I stopped in a... couple days ago and I looked at the menu and to my dismay a lot of my favorites were no longer available. I was verydisappointed but they still had my strawberries wild. I ordered the peanut butter Jamba Juice for my boyfriend which is one ofhis favorites. The store itself was pretty clean. They also have marks on the floor for social distancing.
