I've been a patrón at GFC for years now, ever since they first opened, probably over twenty years now. I recall waiting in line... to place my coffee order and occasionally something to eat, and then finding a good place to sit down. In the wsrThere were afew chairs and tables outside on their patio in the summer. GFC was literally the place to see and be seen in Ogden. be seen.night of the week was live music with an open mic at one point in the evening. GFC was the place to see and be seen. That wasthen, this is now. This is no longer a place to see, nor is it a place to see. There is nothing to see here, and nothing much ofinterest to do or see at all. It is as though the staff wants us out of there as soon as possible. Perhaps it's because it wasclose to closing time. Guess what? It was a Friday night and it was 6 o'clock in the evening! Yeah and they were close toclosing for the day. Why would they want to stay open late on a Friday night? To draw people in, to bring on crowds of people, both young and old to laugh, sing, drink coffee, eat dance. What a novel idea, to try to bring people together to have a goodtime and forget their cares for a while. I'd love to see some live music at Grounds for Coffee at least one night of the week. That was years ago when Grounds was a great place to play with your friends. Now, frankly, it sucks. Read more

Really great price for a hammerhead! Clean, uncrowded, and excellent value for your budget. The staff were friendly and quick to... whip up my java selection. You can wait in line for an overpriced coffee somewhere else or get it done the right way here. Iwalked out with a delicious caffeine drink and still had money in my pocket! Great selection of magazines and books to read. Afew games too. Nice lounge and patio. And an awesome sticker machine to support local artists. Read more
