I waited far too long at a drive thru with only 1 person in front. My order was wrong and I didnt get receipt. What I got was... less than I paid for. I requested a refund 2 weeks ago and havent heard back. Tried them again this week and ordered the samething, and they got it wrong the same way. Maybe "Double Whopper" means something different at this location? If they cant getan order right when its slow, they have a prayer when they get busy. Read more
On my last visit 9/19 at 1930, the lobby was closed. I could only see one person working the line. I went to the drive through... and placed an order. I noticed it was a different person than who was working the line. That made two on staff. Here's wherethey shine that night. I had my order in about 3 minutes. It was accurate, piping hot, and the fries were freshly pulled anddelicious. The person working the window was courteous, smiling and showed no sign of the stress I'd have been feeling trying towork that store with two people. I always LOVE burger King!! It's my main place to go for a quick bite... but sadly this time was not the case. This particular... location was way understaffed. Also the receipts machine was broken and they didn't have receipts to give (since I had to getreimbursed for my company's expense I was very disappointed) and to top it off, they took about 15 minutes!! to give me myorder... and they made it wrong!!
