We come to this location quite often and get a Frozen Mr. B?s. They constantly do not stir the drink so it?s two different... colors. The people in the drive through notice and try to shake it, but it doesn?t work. Sometimes we ask them to mix it, butthe employees get so annoyed and it?s so awkward. I feel like the workers should be pros at making this since it is one of thesignature drinks and mixing a drink together should be standard. It?s a bummer because we like Beans more than Starbucks but thebaristas definitely need more training with this. Update: I?ve been back a few times and my drink has been perfect. Inconsistent with how they make their drinks. When my drinks have tasted differently and I've asked about it, they have told me... that whoever made my drinks in the past wasn't making it right. Upon requesting a new drink they charged me for the difference.Not the worst customer service but certainly not the best. Read more

Ordered a mochachino and a iced coffee. the latte was very cold not hot at all and there was no coffee in the latte. Looked like... milk barely any brown color at all. I asked for 4 shots. The ice coffee was ok but definitely not up to par. Idk what the issuewas there with me, but the employees at this location at 11:00 did not care to fix anything or even make a good coffee. If theycan change my opinion I?ll change the review because it can be good coffee if they have the correct people. Read more
Excellent service and delicious coffee. It's a cute little location and the staff was super friendly.
The staff is always nice and willing to help out! I've enjoyed every visit and the coffee is always great. The food is also... really good, especially the burrito. The drinks have a lot more value than ones from Starbucks because you get more for yourbuck. My favorite local coffee shop! Read more

Horrible service! We came in an hour and ten minutes before closing and we were told they had no drip or pour-over coffee since... they were closing "soon". We were told our drinks would take 10 minutes to prepare, once we received our drinks one of themtasted awful and the others were lukewarm. Then we were told they were closing the lobby area early so we couldn't sit in andvisit. We will not be back there. Read more
